Our Responsible Gaming Tools

CD 11 provides these tools to help you build healthy betting habits

Deposit Limit

Set your own daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits. Lowering a limit takes effect immediately, but increasing one requires a 24-hour waiting period — to prevent impulsive decisions.

Session Time Limit

Set a limit on how long you can play in one session. Once the time is up, CD 11 will automatically notify you and close the session if needed.

Loss Limit

Set a limit on how much you can lose within a given period. Once you reach that limit, you won't be able to place any more bets — keeping you protected from significant losses.

Cooling-Off Break

If you feel like you need a break, set a cooling-off period of anywhere from 24 hours to 6 weeks. Your account stays active during this time, but betting will be paused.

Self-Exclusion

For a long-term break, fully exclude yourself for anywhere between 6 months and 5 years. During self-exclusion, accessing your account or placing bets will be completely impossible.

Reality Check

At set intervals, CD 11 will remind you how long you've been playing and how much you've won or lost — so you always stay aware of where things stand.

What does responsible gaming mean?

Responsible gaming means enjoying betting as entertainment — not as a source of income or a way out of financial trouble. At CD 11, we believe betting can be fun when kept within the right limits. But when it starts to negatively affect other important areas of your life — family, work, or financial stability — that's a sign something is wrong.

CD 11's responsible gaming policy is built on three core principles: Awareness, Controls and Support. We want every one of our users to be able to do three things: stay aware of how much you're playing, keep control of yourself, and don't hesitate to seek help when you need it.

Many people in Bangladesh think of betting as a quick way to make money. This is a misconception. Winning or losing in betting depends largely on chance, and in the long run, the house always has the edge. Practicing responsible gaming on CD 11 is not just a rule — it's genuinely in your best interest.

Remember: betting should never be a way to pay off debts or cover everyday expenses. Only bet with money you can afford to lose without it significantly affecting your life.

Signs of Problem Gambling

It's not always easy to tell when betting has become a problem. If any of the signs below feel familiar, take them as a warning. CD 11 is here for you — there's no shame in asking for help.

  • Feeling the urge to bet more in an attempt to recover lost money
  • Lying about betting or hiding it from family
  • Using bill money or funds meant for essential expenses on betting
  • Repeatedly failing to stop betting despite trying
  • Feeling restless, irritable, or anxious when not betting
  • Prioritizing betting over work, family, or friends
  • Borrowing money or selling assets to fund betting
  • Feeling guilty or regretful after betting

If three or more of these signs apply to you, it's time to seek help. Reach out to the CD 11 support team or contact one of the support organizations listed below.

Tips for Building Healthy Betting Habits

Here are some practical tips from CD 11 to help you build responsible gaming habits — especially relevant in the Bangladesh context:

  • Set Your Budget: Decide in advance how much you're willing to spend on entertainment each month — and stick to it.
  • Set Your Time: Set a daily time limit for betting. Avoid betting after midnight.
  • Keep a Clear Head: Never bet when you're angry, upset, or under the influence of alcohol.
  • Losses Are Normal: Remember, losing is a normal part of betting. Accept your losses and never chase them.
  • Take a Break: Take breaks instead of playing for long stretches. Step away and do something else.
  • Let Your Family Know: Let someone you trust know that you bet — it helps keep you accountable.

You can easily set your own limits from the Account Settings page on CD 11. It only takes a few minutes and is one of the most effective steps you can take toward responsible play.

Self-Exclusion Process

Self-Exclusion is CD 11's most powerful responsible gaming tool. It allows you to completely remove yourself from the platform for a set period of time.

Self-Exclusion Duration: 6 months, 1 year, 2 years, 3 years, or 5 years. During this period, you will have no way to log in to your account or place any bets.

Even after self-exclusion ends, your account will not be reactivated automatically. You will need to proactively contact support to reactivate it — and a 7-day waiting period applies.

There is no way to reactivate your account before the self-exclusion period ends. Think it through carefully before you decide. Our support team is available to talk if you need guidance.

Yes, reducing your deposit limit takes effect immediately. However, increasing a limit requires a mandatory 24-hour waiting period. This rule is in place to protect you from making impulsive decisions in the heat of the moment.

When Reality Check is enabled, you can choose how often you'd like to be notified — for example, every 30 minutes or every hour. Once that interval passes, a pop-up will appear showing a summary of your total play time, winnings, and losses. You can then decide whether to keep playing or stop.

Absolutely. CD 11 is strictly for users aged 18 and above. Age is verified during registration, and KYC documents are requested in any suspicious cases. If a minor is found to have created an account, it will be closed immediately.
